Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team in Holywood. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, including minute-taking during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
* Maintain organised records and files.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on minute-taking.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
