Provide pastoral care and support to ensure the well-being of pupils. Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils with additional learning needs, where required. About You: To succeed in this role, you should: Have experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within KS2. Be a proactive and reliable team player with a passion for education. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent), though not essential for candidates with significant experience.
