As part of the management team, the successful applicant will be responsible to the General Manager for the day-to-day running of the operation and will be expected to train and supervise a young and enthusiastic team. The applicant should have held a similar position in the past, have a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record within the industry.

Progression to General Manager in 6-12 months for the right candidate in a small growing company.
Starting salary: £28,000 per year plus tips, reviewed after 6 months probation and on a regular basis.
