We’re looking for a talented Junior Marketing Manager to join our London team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition in one of Blacklane’s most critical markets. This hands-on role spans a variety of digital channels—including Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, and CRM—where you’ll create and execute campaigns to engage and acquire luxury travellers, ensuring that our premium service offerings stand out in a competitive luxury transportation landscape.
With a newly formed, localised team in London, we’re poised to supercharge growth in 2025—and we need a self driven and resourceful Junior Marketing Manager to help us deliver on this ambition. YOUR CHALLENGE:
* Digital Marketing: Assist with all aspects of digital marketing, including paid social, UGC content, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns.
* Content Development: Plan, develop and manage the production of visual assets in collaboration with our in-house creative team and UGC creators.
* Paid Social: Work with our performance marketing team to develop paid social campaigns to drive acquisition across London.
* Influencer Marketing: Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives with external agencies, from talent selection and creative briefing to campaign delivery.
* Social Media: Work with our social team to integrate London-specific content into the global social calendar.
* CRM: Work closely with our CRM team to brief ad hoc campaigns to activate, engage and reactivate customers in London
* Brand Partnerships: Support with the delivery of brand partnerships, assisting with partner communication, delivering assets and amplifying activity on our socials.
ABOUT YOU:
* Ideally you have at least 2 years of marketing experience, (luxury or travel industry experience is desirable but not necessary).
* You have experience with stakeholder management and collaborating in a cross functional organisation, ideally between global and local marketing teams.
* You have good project management skills, are well organised and able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
* You have experience with developing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google.
* You have experience working with CRM teams to deliver effective email marketing campaigns that drive retention.
* You are a creative thinker and bring innovative ideas to accelerate growth.
* You are a team player and enjoy taking part in both work and social events.
