Reporting to the Performance and Quality manager you will provide administrative support to various functions across the Oxford PFIs. The Ideal Candidate: Responsibilities Support process improvement and contract knowledge. Conduct data analysis and reporting. Provides detailed administrative support (meetings, documents, etc.) General admin support including compilation of letters, development and management of the filing system, booking of meetings and general office duties, ordering of uniforms and PPE, arranging for parking permits. Require strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Competences: Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office. Experience with databases and the ability to interpret data effectively. Competent user of digital systems. Proficient in minute and note-taking for internal and external meetings. Proven administrative experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (including minute-taking). Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. Team player with ability to meet varying deadlines.
