With the Glentanar Lounge this venue has a great Food & Beverage offering and we are looking for someone to support the Team taking these venues to the next level. This role would ideally suit someone with extensive Restaurant Management experience and perhaps looking to move from the High Street into Hotels to extend your knowledge and experience further. You’ll be a great leader, effectively developing and managing your team and be polite, courteous and professional. Under your leadership, the team will provide a memorable and efficient service at all times to maintain an exceptional standard of service and quality. In this hands on role, you’ll lead the team and venue to success You'll also ensure compliance with all brand, health, safety, or other requirements. Additionally you’ll have a key focus on achieving budgeted food sales, whilst monitoring labour costs and profitability, supported by the Food and Beverage Manager. About you… Extensive Management experience within busy Food outlets, controlling costs and budgets as well as engaging your team to deliver exceptional service levels Excellent leadership skills with experience of developing and leading a team.
