Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Business Support Manager for a growing automotive service provider company. With hybrid working hours, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, the respectable company are in search for the perfect candidate to join the team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the directors and operations department to ensure the smooth running of all operations
2. Assisting with various projects at a time
3. Being the first point of contact between clients and in-house departments
4. Partnering with brands for business promotion, analysing development, creating new opportunities for sales growth and focusing on client care
5. Data entry on new and updated contracts
6. Being the front of house contact to welcome new guests and creating the customer experience
7. Colleague engagement to onboard new staff and assist with internal events and projects
The ideal candidate:
8. Degree in Business Management or related courses
9. 3 years in a similar business environment
10. Full UK Driving licence due to location
11. Meticulous attention to detail
12. Confident speaker and ability to deliver presentations
13. Expert knowledge in technology and computing skills
14. Discernment to handle private and confidential matters
15. Ability to take initiative and responsibility
16. Experience with franchises(preferred)
17. Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships
