We have a fantastic opportunity at Holland and Barrentt to join us as Paid Social Specialist, and will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales in H&B. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising, audience targeting, and performance optimization to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will leverage paid social strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and enhance the brand's presence in a competitive market. The Role Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid social strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Create audience targeting strategies, including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and interest-based targeting. Optimize ad creatives and copy in collaboration with designers and content teams. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve performance. Oversee budget allocation and manage bids to maximize efficiency and returns. Track and analyse key performance metrics to identify trends and actionable insights. Implement and manage tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) to measure conversions. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats. Ensure compliance with social media platform policies and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Present performance reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations. Location: This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office. The Person Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience in Paid Social Advertising, with at least two career moves within digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing. Proven track record of managing a budget paid social campaigns with strong ROAS results. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and data visualisation dashboards. Experience working in health, wellness, or supplement brands (preferred but not required). Understanding of consumer behaviour in the health & wellness retail industry. Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and data teams. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and audience segmentation strategies. Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and performance attribution models.
