If you have the drive and ambition to succeed in the private or public sector, then the Business Administration Apprenticeship will give you the skills required to prosper. The role of a Business Administrator may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administration services. Responsibilities include engaging with different parts of the organisation, interacting with internal or external customers, contributing to efficiency, supporting functional areas, team working, and resolving issues as requested. You will develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours in communication, decision making, record and document production, planning and organisation, project management, regulation and legislation, business fundamentals, and professionalism. As a full-time employee, you will either attend college for one day per week or benefit from 1:1 work-based learning delivery.
Duties/Main Responsibilities Include:
* Reception duties, including switchboard
* Filing
* Photocopying
* Archiving files
* Assisting Solicitors and other fee earners with administrative tasks related to live files
Working Week
Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
40 hours per week – includes a 1-hour lunch break
