Summary
Interaction Recruitment are looking for experienced Operations Managers to join successful businesses for their Logistics, Technical and Supply Chain divisions based in South Yorkshire. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse functions whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve best practice and maximize site operational performance.
2. Provide a strong ethos of leadership and engagement.
3. Closely manage customer requirements, ensuring that a variety of challenging KPIs are consistently achieved.
4. Health, safety, and quality will be paramount in these roles as well as developing colleagues.
5. Experience of CI (Ideally programs such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean).
6. Manage performance to achieve high levels of customer service.
7. Uphold a continuous improvement mindset and attend meetings to discuss performance, plans, and targets for the team.
Key Skills/Experience
1. Previous Operations Management experience is essential.
2. Ability to manage and develop the entire operational team.
3. Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining a committed team of staff.
4. Good IT skills (MS Office Packages).
5. Creation and deployment of a site communication plan that is informative and engaging to create complete colleague engagement.
6. Strong leader, with excellent motivational skills.
