Key Responsibilities:
* Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and provide additional support.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback where necessary.
* Support the overall development of students, both academically and personally.
Essential Requirements:
* A recognised teaching assistant qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent).
* Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in your approach.
