Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner – Older Adults
Banding: Band 4/5
Location : Lancashire and South Cumbria
Rate : £25 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. They are looking for a new Band 4/5 Mental Health Practitioner (RMN) – Older Adults CMHT to join their team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will support managing the waiting list for Older Adults with varying mental health issues and co-morbidities. You need to have risk management awareness and good communication skills. Additionally, you will liaise with relevant members of the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care.
