Responsibilities
* Assist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
* Administer prescribed medications and perform health checks on animals.
* Conduct laboratory tests and handle samples for diagnostic purposes.
* Offer empathetic support to pet owners, helping them feel informed and comfortable about their pets’ treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure proper documentation of all medical procedures.
* Ensure the clinic area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
* Participate in client education programs, providing valuable advice on pet care practices.
Requirements
* Registered Veterinary Nurse with a valid veterinary nursing license.
* Demonstrated clinical experience, especially in a veterinary practice setting.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Compassionate attitude towards animals and a genuine interest in their welfare.

Benefits
* Role Details:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days
- Weekend Requirement: 1 in 5/6 Saturdays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
