Position: Service Team Leader Reference number STL1024 Full time, permanent. Based in Omagh Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (40-hour week) Starting at £13 per hour. CBS have been providing support and service to some of the top companies within the beverage industry on the island of Ireland for over 28 years and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Team Leader at our Omagh site. Our service and install teams work throughout the island of Ireland providing support to our clients within the hot and cold beverage industry for the repair and installation of Coffee, Vending, Coolers and Soft drinks dispense equipment. In a fast-paced environment which changes consistently, you will ensure that the service team are motivated, working efficiently and they have everything they need to complete their work activities. To sum up the role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our service and install team activities on a daily basis. Liaise with inventory controller that all parts are ordered / dispatched in a timely manner. Monitor and report on SLAs (Service Level Agreement). You will need to keep everyone informed of progress by communicating clearly and accurately with both persons and departments within CBS and with our clients and their representatives using email, phone, other electronic methods as well as directly person to person.
