Description
Positioned to be the best in class of program execution across Technology at Morgan Stanley, the Strategic Programs Execution (SPE) is a new super-dept in Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience (CDRR). This function facilitates enhanced delivery capability to effectively manage the increasing pipeline of critical technology, regulatory, risk and control-based programs.
This is a Program Management Support position at Director which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.
What You’ll Do:
1. Setting up tools and standards for managing the program
2. Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes
3. Financial planning, budgets and tracking - assisting the Program Manager
4. Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation
5. Developing stakeholder maps defining the interest of the program
6. Holding master copies of program documentation
7. Maintaining status reports for all projects/workstreams for the program
8. Establishing consistent practices and standards for planning, reporting, controls
9. Registering issues
10. Analysing risks and maintaining Risk Log for the program
11. Producing and distributing reports for the program
12. Monitoring items requiring action
13. Maintaining and updating program plan
14. Maintaining and monitoring programs change control procedures
Qualifications
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
1. Long experience of working on programs
2. Solid proficiency in project and program methodologies
3. Ability to out theory into practice
4. Provide clarity during chaos
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements for Role
1. 5 years working as part of a program in a support role
2. 2 years of having lead a PMO/PSO function
