This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in managing logistics, handling timesheets, and booking necessary appointments and passes. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires a candidate who can handle a high volume of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Day-to-day of the role: Managing temporary budget logistics for various projects. Handling weekly timesheets for all personnel on site. Booking inductions and arranging visitor passes as needed. Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Quickly adapting to and confidently using a new timesheet system. Ensuring time management and accuracy in completing a high volume of timesheets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full driving licence, due to rural location Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle high volumes of administrative work accurately. Confidence in learning and using new software systems.
