Key Responsibilities:
Post job adverts and arrange interviews.
Support hiring managers with recruitment administration.
Utilise in-house IT systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate closely with department managers to ensure compliance.
Handle enquiries from candidates and colleagues, delivering exceptional administrative service.
In this role, you will ensure that recruitment aligns with safer practises, essential for safeguarding the children and people in our care.
