Main duties of the job The General Practice Assistant (GPA) supports GPs in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the practice. This role involves direct patient interaction, assisting with clinical procedures, and supporting the GP with essential administrative duties. Successful candidate can be trained in-practice, with on-job training and development led by GPs.
