Data Entry Clerk roles available working Monday to Friday Days for an award-winning global document storage company in Heywood OL10 with good transport links, free parking onsite, and long-term work available with set hours!
Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday, Days: 7am-4pm
Pay Rate: £12.19 per hour
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be working in an office environment within their warehouse based in Heywood with responsibility for the following:
1. Capturing key information from digital copies of confidential documents
2. Keying the information into a database
3. Lifting boxes to desk from pallet and then back to a pallet (light manual handling)
4. Using a pallet pump truck
5. Using a handheld scanner to scan documents
6. A performance-driven operation with tight deadlines
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
1. Data Entry Clerk OR Administration background ideally
2. Good keyboarding skills (at least 35 words per minute)
3. Good understanding of English with a keen eye for detail
4. Ability to work in a targeted environment
The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS and Credit check and provide 5 years verifiable employment/education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support covers the cost.
