Working in DL M&Es Electrical Testing Department is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to expand their career portfolio and establish their presence in the industry by working on a variety of innovative projects throughout the U.K. Although DL M&E are based in the Northwest, we are keen to build our operations team across the U.K. Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer main duties and requirements, The main duties and requirements of the role include: City & Guilds Inspection and Testing 2391/2392 City & Guilds 2382-18 18th Edition Course, however training can be provided ECS Gold Card Experience inspecting commercial installations Experience in a variety of sectors, particularly banking, leisure and retail Excellent written presentation skills A demonstrable history of completing electrical inspections with a fast turnover at a high quality Liaising with the Testing Manager across a variety of projects The ability to travel throughout the UK, overnight stays and out of hours working will be required. In return for the above we offer an excellent remuneration package which includes: Hourly rate of £19.49 Additional rates apply when supervising Regular available overtime, including weekends, a lot of overtime is available Paid travel and parking Overtime rates, including when travelling Career progression routes through development and training Working away allowance of £15 per evening (untaxed) All accommodation provided when working away, no room sharing and breakfast provided.
