Knight Frank is looking to hire a Data Administrator to join our Business Development team based at our Baker Street HQ.
We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the governance and maintenance of client information across our internal systems. The Business Development Team’s ability to conduct accurate and meaningful client level analysis and reporting is largely dependent on the quality of information held within these systems, and the successful candidate will have oversight responsibility across the UK Commercial business.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Validation and Monitoring – regular monitoring/vetting of new companies added to Knight Frank’s internal Contact/Company/Property/Opportunity Management system (hub).
2. Data Integrity - building upon work already conducted by the Business Development team to improve the quality of existing client data held across Knight Frank (BD, Finance, Research, Marketing).
3. Company Hierarchies – ensuring that parent client to subsidiary hierarchies are correctly reflected across these various teams and systems, by conducting thorough research to monitor and identify changes to such corporate structures (e.g. M&As).
4. System / Intercompany alignment – responsibility for ensuring consistency across all systems holding client data (includes new CRM system currently in development).
5. Leadership Updates – keeping leadership informed of progress and how reliable and accurate the data is at the point of analysis so that we can share credibly with the business.
6. Reporting and Analytics – assisting Senior Data Analyst in delivery of both regular and bespoke analytical/reporting requirements.
Key Experience Required:
1. Experience in manipulation/interrogation of large and inconsistent datasets.
2. Experience in following complex/multistage processes.
3. Experience of data validation tools such as D&B Hoovers, RocketReach or Cognism would be advantageous, but not essential.
4. Experience or understanding of a commercial environment (ideally property related) would be preferable, but not essential.
5. Strong reasoning capabilities – ability to comprehend and interpret complex data/information, with accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
6. Effective communicator, confident when engaging with senior stakeholders.
