This is an exciting opportunity based at their office in Kirkby Lonsdale, where you will lead on key administrative responsibilities and ensure the smooth running of the office. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team, with the ability to take the lead on some of the administrative duties. This role would suit a confident administrator, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Duties as a Business Administrator; Typing documentation and devising reports Handling queries, in person, via phone and digitally Managing diaries and organising meetings Following up with appointments Dealing with invoicing and maintaining systems Ordering office supplies and facilities management Liaising with internal and external parties Upkeeping both paper and electronic files Providing administrative support to the office General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post What we are looking for: Demonstrated experience within an administrative post (essential) Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with an excellent Excel knowledge An excellent attention to detail A proactive approach with strong organisational skills Can manage workload appropriately and meet deadlines Strong customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written To be successful as a Business Administrator you will be a personable individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve. This role would suit someone who can work well both autonomously, as well as part of a team. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £23,500-£25,000, working Monday to Friday with some excellent company benefits.
