Senior Field Engineer - Aberdeen

TEXO Recruitment is excited to partner with our client in Aberdeen to find a talented Senior Field Engineer. This is a permanent position with fieldwork on an ad-hoc basis. If you’re ready to take on challenging projects and contribute to a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you!
* Key Responsibilities:Prepare and plan equipment and installation procedures.
* Lead installations, either independently or with a team, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Manage project objectives and assist in planning installation activities.
* Prepare and maintain documentation, including Operation Manuals, Hook-up Drawings, and End of Well reports.
* Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for installations.
* Train junior team members and adhere to HSE requirements.
* Individual QHSE Responsibilities:Commit to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
* Follow company QHSE policies and procedures and report any non-conformances.
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental protection.
* Qualifications:Essential: HND/Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or relevant experience.
* Preferred: Optical, Electrical, or Mechanical qualifications.
Experience/Skills:
* Essential:Offshore experience with upper/lower completions.
* 10 years of field experience and 5 years in interventions.
* Supervisory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Preferred:Experience with downhole electronic tools and oilfield reservoir monitoring.
* Current BOSIET, MIST, UK medical certificate, and familiarity with ISSOW systems.
* Personal Qualities:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
