TJL Healthcare are recruiting for proactive Support Workers to support with various complex needs to work in specialist services in the Romsey and surrounding areas. We require someone that can commit to multiple shifts providing continuity.
We Require:
* DBS - Child and Adult workforce - must be on update service
* 6 months UK paid experience in the role of a Support Worker within the last 3 years
* Proof of right to work in the UK
* CSTF accredited practical training (Only)
* Require over 20 hours availability per week - we do not offer sponsorships
This role is ideal for Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. As a Support Worker you could be working within a variety of different services such as rehabilitation units, day centres, mental health hospitals and supported living accommodation as well as many other services like this.
Support Workers assist and encourage vulnerable adults and children with long-term mental health conditions and complex care needs, to live their lives to the fullest and maintain what is important to them. For example, their independence. With the role of a Support Worker, you may be required to deliver an aspect of personal care suited to the individual's needs.
Rates of pay for all Support Workers range from £12.82- £17.00 per hour (including holiday pay), with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
