We are excited to offer a Level 3 Junior Data Analyst Apprenticeship at The White Horse Federation, a dynamic and forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) committed to providing an exceptional education for all its students. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Data & Business Insights qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day on the Job: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the federation, internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate on MAT wide data projects, using your technical knowledge to contribute to processes that support CLF strategies and objectives. Work closely with academy representatives to ensure smooth data and information transfer and support effective MIS systems and processes. Provide insightful data analysis to support Academy improvement, future planning, and Trust-wide mock exams. Communicate data analysis findings effectively to senior leaders and teams, including creating materials for Performance Reviews. Play a key role in promoting data literacy across staff and raising awareness of the value of data in driving student achievement. Provide guidance and support to Principals and academy stakeholders on data analysis and complex education measures. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £12,313.60 starting salary increasing to £14,526.20 in April Working Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm This apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
