A fantastic vacancy has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our ever-growing F&B team. We are looking for the candidate to join our established department and deliver flawless service to all guests throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your role will have responsibility for ensuring the proactiveness of the team and ensuring all services are consistent and standards are controlled and precise.

Key responsibilities:
1. Identify the expectations of all customers and deliver customer satisfaction to ensure all guests have the perfect experience
2. Manage a team of up to 30 F&B staff
3. Proactively mentor and train a developing team
4. Maintain good communication between departments and teams
5. Manage breakfast, lunch and dinner services ensuring all services run smoothly and are consistent
6. Manage forecasting and payroll
7. Ensure health and safety is up to date for the restaurant department
8. Work closely with the Executive Head chef to produce all menus
9. Order stock and ensure stock levels are maintained
Skills:
1. Highly motivated individual with good organisational and communication skills
2. Previous experience in a rosette standard of service desired but not essential
3. Experience in a high volume hospitality operation
4. Excellent food and beverage knowledge
5. The ability to handle guest feedback quickly and professionally
