Responsibilities
1. Manage phone communications with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
2. Assist in data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.
3. Organise and maintain office files, documents, and supplies for easy access.
4. Support daily administrative functions, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
5. Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses.
6. Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
7. Perform clerical duties such as typing documents, filing paperwork, and photocopying materials.
Skills
1. Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
2. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is required.
