This is a varied position and the responsibilities include: Being responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of clients within the counselling setting. Providing specialised therapeutic support on individual basis as well as, individual and group debriefs, therapeutic group work, training and supervising peer practitioners and the delivery of psychoeducation/training sessions to staff groups. Engaging in regular service evaluation audit and clinical supervision. Contributing to wellbeing business meetings and promotional activities.
