The role We have a really exciting opportunity for an assistant print and graphic designer to join the Fashion Brands team at Next, where we design and manufacture the Childrenswear collections for brands such as Paul Smith, Ted Baker, Little Bird, Superdry Kids and smALLSAINTS. From researching the latest trends and presenting concepts you’ll work hard to produce elevated designs that reflect the brands 'DNA' and handwriting. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, self motivated assistant designer/designer who has experience working at pace with premium brands, across different supply bases and product categories. About you An excellent team player with great attention to detail, you’ll work closely with the print/graphic and garment design teams and alongside our partner brands to create exciting and commercial all over prints, placement graphics, branding and packaging for our boyswear and girlswear ranges (ages 0-14). You’ll need to have a strong ability to create photographic & vector based graphic compositions & logo-driven artworks, and you must have a strong commercial awareness and versatile handwriting.
