Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the paraplanning team with tasks like data entry, file organisation, document preparation and more.
* Work closely with financial advisers, paraplanners, and other team members.
* Keep client records accurate and confidential, following data protection rules.
* Collaborate with financial providers to gather needed information and documents.
* Conduct research, analysing data to support the financial advisers and paraplanners in ongoing advice.
* Document ongoing advice and create clear, detailed reports based on input from paraplanners and advisers.
* Be dependable and driven by self-motivation.
