As a key member of our team, you’ll make a lasting impact by supporting students one-on-one, helping them reach their full potential. Managing your own case load, you’ll collaborate with passionate educators to create a supportive environment where students thrive academically and personally. Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and carers, you’ll drive the “fitness to study” process and implement strategies that promote student success. Acting as a liaison, you’ll empower students to develop essential life skills like time management, organisation, communication, budgeting, and decision-making. Ready to make a difference? What we're looking for:
* A strong interest in working with young people with additional needs.
* Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.
* Level 3 award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities or willingness to work towards.
* A great communicator who can engage with the students.
* Compassionate and respectful of the learner’s needs.
* A passion for supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.
