Job Title: Children’s Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team
Location: Wolverhampton
Rate: £30.57 per hour
A Children’s Social Worker is required to join Wolverhampton’s Children with Disabilities Team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.
What will your responsibilities be?
Screen and assess the needs of Disabled Children and Young People. Undertake Children and Families Assessments, Single Assessments, and complete Reports on Disabled Children. Complete statutory visits, including outside of county limits Pre-Birth Assessments. Complete Care Plans, some jointly with health colleagues and other multi-agency professionals. Complete CIN/CP plans. Complete Court Statements. Manage a complex caseload under strict time-scales.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Hold a Social Work England registration
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
