About the Role:
As a Farm Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, promoting and cross-selling our suite of NFU Mutual products, including Financial Services & Risk Management Services and our range of Motor and Personal General Insurance products. You'll also identify new sales opportunities with prospective farming customers and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. Working collaboratively with the sales support and claims teams, you'll have the opportunity to capitalize on existing relationships and deliver exceptional service.
About You:
You will be a driven and highly motivated individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* An interest in meeting new people and strong relationship-building skills
* Negotiation skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and achieve positive outcomes
* A results-driven approach to work to meet targets and deliver results to tight deadlines
* Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
* Excellent time management skills
* A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
* Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
* An understanding of the Agricultural sector is strongly desired

Other Notes:
The application process will consist of an initial telephone call, followed by a face-to-face interview. Please note you will be employed by an Agent of NFU Mutual and not NFU Mutual directly. This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive, requiring Continuous Professional Development in role, in addition to ongoing screening checks pre-employment and once in post.
