Their products can be used in various industries and applications, and they work closely with both their suppliers and customers to deliver a market-leading service. With 25 personnel on site and 4 in this team - this organisation has strong values.
Key responsibilities for this Customer Service Advisor
* Provide a high standard of excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
* To liaise with customers, transport, warehouse, sales and other departments
* To update and amend internal IT systems to ensure all customer related details are correct
* To process orders accurately ensuring cost effectiveness
* Maintain thorough knowledge of procedures as well as legislation and export regulations
* Contribute to improvements in relation to quality and productivity within the Customer Service team
The person we need for this role
* Exceptional communication skills and experience
* Excellent standard of English with good written and numeracy skills
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
* Confident IT skills including thorough knowledge and experience in using Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
* Comfortable at all levels, being prepared to manage customer expectations
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Establish & maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues
* Attention to detail
