We need someone with a keen eye for detail who is a natural completer finisher and confident on the phone, as your day to day responsibilities will be an integral part of the business. Adding new companies on our CRM and mapping out key decision makers Adding & attributing new candidates Sourcing new candidates from job boards Post vacancies Create canvas for LinkedIn job posts Writing job adverts Preparing and sending out email marketing campaigns Keeping CRM up to date Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn New starter check-in calls. Training will be provided on areas you are not familiar with and we do not expect candidates to know every aspect of the spec above.
