Role Summary
Vivid is currently recruiting for a Housing Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of an excellent Housing Solutions Service. This role is designed around customer needs and aligns with the company's principles of creating a stronger, safer, healthier, and sustainable Borough. The successful candidate will foster a team culture that maximises customer involvement in service design, delivery, and monitoring, working closely with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Housing Solutions Service to provide high-quality support to residents.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and meet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with external organisations to improve housing outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:
Proven experience in housing solutions or homelessness prevention.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
