Contract/Hours – Permanent, Full Time – 37.5 hours (Mon – Fri, between 0700 – 1900)
Salary and benefit – £14k basic with a 16k OTE
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our client as their Customer Service Administrator, providing legal and client account support to branches in the London region in addition to their retail branch.
Responsibilities:
1. Work within defined legal and company set criteria
2. Oversee the running of client accounts
3. Work to timescales and deadlines
4. Deal with admin enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
5. Accurately produce documentation and correspondence
6. Participate in team meetings and briefings
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
1. Exceptional telephone etiquette
2. Flexible to changes in legal policies/company criteria
3. Demonstrate clear and precise written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
5. Educated to minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office packages
