Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting children in the Reception class as they settle into school life
* Assisting the teacher with planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in a structured environment
* Providing 1:1 or small group support to help children understand and engage with the curriculum
* Encouraging active participation in classroom activities and supporting their social integration
* Helping children develop key skills, including communication, problem-solving, and confidence
* Assisting with personal care needs for younger children, when necessary
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to monitor progress and adjust support as needed
* Promoting an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is desirable
* A nurturing and patient approach to working with young children
* Ability to assist with personal care when required
* Strong communication skills to support children effectively
