Gilchrist Recruitment Partnership’s client is a boutique, growing digital creative agency based in Edinburgh who help brands succeed with their digital expertise. They create beautiful, captivating websites and digital campaigns for a variety of clients.
They are looking for a strategic Digital Project Manager who can juggle projects, spark fresh ideas and turn client dreams into reality! You’ll be the glue between various departments - creative, content, and development as well as plenty of client interaction. We’re looking for someone who is a relationship builder, innovator, and plate spinner.
The main aim of the role is to:
1. Establish project scope, lead planning sessions and workshops to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, success criteria, and timelines.
2. Turn ideas into impactful digital projects, from websites to social media campaigns.
3. Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
4. Spot opportunities within your client groups, pitch ideas, and help your clients achieve more.
5. Support your teammates, share your knowledge.
6. Work closely with the design team, development, and marketing.
7. Troubleshoot, manage challenges, and keep everything on track.
To be considered for this role:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital project management from an agency perspective.
2. Experience leading workshops, presenting ideas, and communicating with clients.
3. A true passion for digital marketing.
4. Able to work from the Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis.
Salary to £40,000 + great benefits and an even better culture to work within.
