* Specification-led sales into architects, landscape architects, designers, contractors and house builders/developers.
* Managing existing accounts while developing new business and building a customer ledger.
* Engaging with national accounts and corporate end-users.
* Delivering CPD presentations.
* The territory generates £5M–£6M annually.
* Covering East Midlands, Yorkshire, North West Region.

* Must not rely on price reductions to secure sales.
