Stanton Surgery is currently looking to recruit a new salaried GP, offering flexible working of 4-6 sessions per week and 15 minute appointment duration. Our partners have worked here for 19 and 15 years, with one set to retire in the autumn of 2025. We welcome GPs with particular areas of interest or postgraduate qualifications. We currently offer diabetes care, LARC and minor surgery as additional personal interests. We are a two partner GMS practice, and work alongside two urgent care practitioners. We are an approved GP training practice and currently have two GP trainees working alongside us, and in the future we aim to host nursing students also. We have a team of three nurses, and work closely with our PCN colleagues who visit the surgery weekly, such as a social prescriber, mental health link worker, mental health practitioner and physiotherapist. A diabetes specialist nurse also visits monthly and holds a clinic at the practice. We have a low home visiting rate shared with all doctors and UCPs. Our reception and admin teams provide excellent support to our clinical teams. Our clinical system is SystmOne. We are forward thinking, and always looking for new ways to do things to ensure we provide the best possible care for our patients. Recently we installed a dispensing robot with a 24-hour medication collection point.
