THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated team working within a contact centre environment as a customer services executive. You will get to work with various customers – looking after all aspects of their experience.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service whilst being skilled in handling various accounts and being extremely organised.
THE PERSON
In order to succeed in this role you should be personable, communicative and driven. You will need to have a background in customer services – ideally in a contact or call centre environment.
