My client, an industry leading logistics client based in Altrincham are looking to recruit a receptionist on a part time temporary to permanent basis. Salary: £23,400 pro-rataPart Time Hours: 2.5 days a week - Wednesday 12:30 – 17:30, Thursday & Friday 08:00 – 17:30 (24 hours per week) My client is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join their team in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient reception experience. Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring all staff and visitors are signed in and out. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and using Microsoft Word and Excel. Maintain the coffee machine and ordering coffee supplies. Order and maintain general office supplies, such as stationery. Manage petty cash and ensure accurate records are kept. Monitor the standard of cleaning provided by the cleaners and report any discrepancies. Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. A friendly and professional demeanour. Experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
