Location: Derriford, Plymouth | Salary: £24,000–£25,000 per annum | Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm) About the RoleAs the Charity Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the charity’s operations, taking on diverse and impactful responsibilities. You’ll play a vital role in driving the charity’s mission by:
* Engaging with guests, team members, and suppliers to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
* Creating engaging publications, including annual and impact reports, as well as quarterly e-newsletters.
* Designing vibrant marketing materials using Canva templates to celebrate achievements and share updates.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
* Using Excel to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
* Managing bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs, and handling reporting via the hotel booking system.
* Gathering inspiring stories from past guests and recruiting Community Champions.
* Keeping the charity’s website fresh, engaging, and up-to-date.
* Using Salesforce to manage beneficiary information and create detailed reports.
* Representing the charity at events and engaging with the wider community.
* Monitoring and reporting on the impact of communications, events, and stakeholder engagements.

* Experience using platforms like Canva, Scribe, and Zapier.
* Exceptional written communication skills and a knack for creating engaging content.
