A role has arisen with our client who has recently moved into the Burnley area and require a Health Safety Environment Co-Ordinator. Predominately based in Burnley, you will have the capacity to travel between our clients' other sites within the North West.
Essential knowledge/skills:
1. IOSH certified and working towards or already NEBOSH Certificate.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar H&S role.
3. Minimum 5 GCSE's to level C or equivalent, to include English and Maths.
4. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ie word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, to an advanced level.
5. Excellent written and verbal skills.
6. A thorough understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
7. A good understanding of ISO 9001/14001/45001.
8. Well organised, professional, and able to work under pressure.
9. Be responsible for achieving objectives on own initiative, and as part of a team.
10. Prioritise workload, meeting deadlines, and paying attention to detail.
11. Full clean and valid driving licence.
Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5hrs per week
Location: Burnley (with some travel within North West)
Salary: From £34,000 per annum
