We are looking for an Administrator to join the Administration Team here within the Dermatology department based at Castle Hill Hospital, at Hull University Teaching Hospitals Trust
As an Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers .
We currently have 1 vacant post working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with 1 hour unpaid break.
The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As an Administratoryou will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our your line managers within Administration and the wider organisation.

Our Administratorsplay a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include;
• Ensuring case notes and referrals are in place ahead of patient clinic appointments.
• Tracking of patient case notes in and out of the department.
• Management of appointments
• Reception duties (ad-hoc when required)
• Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
With a starting salary of £23615 per annum, with a generous NHS pension scheme and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave plus bank holidays) and offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.
