About The Job
The role will support a group of German-speaking dealers, managing all aspects of their orders, deliveries, and technical queries. This role is essential to the company's expansion in Germany and involves building long-term relationships with them, handling their requests, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* The key purpose is looking after the German customers, who are very ambitious driven people with their own businesses. Being able to hold your own with these characters is important
* The role is all about being their point of contact, for advice or simple repeat orders
* The role may only involve 10 calls a day, but this may be a 30 minute call coaching a customer, or a short call. It's really relationships based
* Operational tasks include chasing up on invoices needing settling, before customers can order any more products
* And other things such as resolving delivery issues and more

Ideal Candidate
* Fluent in German with 2+ years' experience ideally in a customer service or account management role. If not, someone with strong relationship skills and happy to navigate tricky conversations
* Comfortable with multitasking and managing a varied workload including export documentation
* Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Resilient and adaptable, able to handle demanding customers with a calm and friendly manner
* Team player who is happy to help out other areas of the business when needed
* This is really key! An all hands on deck person is what they need
