Our client, Public Sector Partnership Services (PSPS), is looking for an experienced, motivated, and ambitious Revenues and Benefits professional to join them in the new position of Revenues and Benefits Team Leader. PSPS delivers Revenues and Benefits services to around 150,000 Council Tax customers and 25,000 Benefit customers on behalf of three client councils. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Revenues and Benefits, you will initially lead on the transfer and integration of the Customer Engagement team and function into the Revenues and Benefits service. Using your leadership skills, along with your extensive technical knowledge and experience in Revenues and Benefits, you will lead and develop a high-performing team that puts the customer at the heart of the service. Achieving first-time resolution and reducing demand are key objectives. As a leader within PSPS, you will work collaboratively as part of the Revenues and Benefits Management Team, contributing to the direction and transformation of the service and fostering a ‘one team’ culture.
