Job Title: Senior Project Manager Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Location: Manchester About the Role: We're looking for someone to join our client who is an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to expand their team in the North West. We are looking for someone to join as a Senior Project Manager with Infrastructure, Nuclear or Energy experience. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager: Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the team Overseeing JCT contracts, acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator Monitoring progress, updating programmes, and tracking risks, actions, and budgets Managing the full project lifecycle, from initial briefs to completion Providing client-focused project leadership and ensuring excellent service delivery Preparing reports, coordinating and chairing meetings, and managing project documentation Procuring and managing consultants and contractors Role Requirements for the Senior Project Manager: Have experience in Infrastructure, Nuclear or Energy sectors Have already obtained or working towards chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.) NEC Experience is preferred but not necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects What's on offer for the Senior Project Manager? 25 days annual leave plus public A starting salary of between £55,000 to £65,000 dependant on experience.
