Assist learners in applying their skills, whether within the Centre for Lifelong Learning or through local community involvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support, care, and encouragement for adult learners with autism. Assist with personal care tasks (dressing, toileting, hygiene) to ensure learners maintain their dignity and well-being. Plan and lead activities that develop life skills, from communication to practical job-readiness. Support learners in accessing social, recreational, and employment opportunities in the local area.
